The player from the Philippines had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. The payment hadn't been processed at that point. Despite being a fully verified and regular player on the casino platform, his withdrawal was delayed due to issues with the casino's payment provider. The player had made successful withdrawals in the past using the same method. After almost 20 days, the player finally received his withdrawal. We had marked the complaint as 'resolved' in our system.

Hi, my withdrawal is delayed that usually just takes hours to 1 day. They keep telling me that this may take 5 working days but at fifth working day, I followed up and they told me there is a problem with their payment provider and suggested that they cancel the withdrawal and make me re-do the process. And I re withdraw as they suggested but it is still not on my account. I am quite worried as this has never happened before and I am still at loss by a lot. I really liked their platform, fast and easy to navigate but making their players worried and their support service is quite rude, with the repeated dialogue of "wait for 5 working days".

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Thank you for the fast response. I am fully verified and have been playing with their platform for almost a year so I'm quite worried that this happened since it usually be credited immediately. They keep saying "unfortunately there is a problem with their payment provider that is causing delay" Then, I shall wait within 14 days and please get back to me to help.

Hi, yes I've been using the same withdrawal method to them for almost over a year, this is the first time that it happened. This case btw can be closed now, after approximately almost 20 days, I have received my withdrawal.
