The player's account got closed for unknown reason. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
Ive been with gate777 for about 2 years now, the first year i was able to win enough to withdraw once BUT the casino did not support my institution at that time . They even referred i get another bank. So i played out all my money. Keep in mind when i started playing from the get go i got verified. Just recently i made about a 1000 dollars and decidied to try to withdraw because my bank was able to now, But i ended up playing it back!
Now about a week ago i won 2000 dollars i kept on reversing little by little I dont see the big issue, I would think casinos encourage that! but i was down to 1500 in withdraw still and had about 600 in playing when all of a sudden my account logs me out then i try logging in and it tells me my account is locked and yo contact support . Well for the past week i been getting the run around telling me my account is under r eview BUT they will not give me a answear why or how long and misinformed me ny witdraw was still processing but last i talk to a operator they told me since my account is under review so is my withdraw!

Was your account ever verified in the past even if you did not try to withdraw? Did you have to send any documents to verify now? Did the casino specify the account closure? How long exactly is it closed?

Yes I verified right from the beginning of my start up with the casino I sent in documents verifying my identity. They gave me no reason except that my account was being under review where as before when I was in withdraw they had not done so. It's been about a week and a half.

It is sometimes common that the casino does a double check of the player's account. It usually takes up to 2 weeks so I would recommend to wait at least until the end of this week and if there wouldn't be any update until then, we will definitely intervene. Please keep us updated.

Nope, I keep trying to log in it keeps telling me I've been locked out and to contact support which I do and they keep saying the same e thing which I have pasted in my last reply
So i got a email today saying that they are paying me 1500 dollars and alsothey are closing my account. I am happy but I did have a few hundred dollars i was playing with, So i am wondering what happened to that money ?

How much exactly did you have on your account? Are you still able to login to your account and request for a withdrawal? If your account is already closed, be sure to contact them to request for the payout through their support.
My account is closed and blocked I can't login in but I had about 350 dollars in play I will contact them and let you know thank you
