Who was led to this game through Facebook like my initial free bonus and was doing fantastic which should have been my first clue. Submitted for withdrawal since I had completed all the playthrough requirements. I was told in order to withdrawal I had to make the $50 deposit which I did. The withdrawal has been pending. I have never been asked to confirm any information nor have I gotten any response from them. I have asked for a refund of my $50 deposit due to my belief if this is a fraudulent application. My deposit went to Brandy's Beauty Bar. I am sending more emails to them as well as contacting this organization and I'm trying to do stop payment through my bank

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Hi thank you for all your assistance I was approved by my bank to refund the $50 thank goodness. Truly believe I will never ever get paid from them which is why I wanted to proceed with getting my 50 bucks back and call it a wash. After all my emails and messages to them every response was the same.


So you could probably close my complaint out unless you needed to further investigate this company. And I'm wondering if anybody else has realized that their deposit goes to Brandy's Beauty bars when you pay through PayPal.
