I deposited the 50 as ask they told me once I made my deposit that I would be cashed out within 24 to 72,hours I cashed out on the 2/4/24 and I haven’t received nothing I emailed the casino no response , I cashed out a total of 10.000

Yes it was real money and I spoke to them on the 9 when they said they would send me a email confirmation saying my money was processed and now they won’t return any of my email or talk to me in chat box

Unfortunately, I am afraid that we wouldn't be able to help anyway since this casino has 10+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" and we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved."This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease of rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Gamblemax Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Gamblemax Casino. I wish I could be of more help.

 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
