I used the 300 free bonus to play. After a couple of hours, I got up to almost 700. I tried to cash out whatever I could. ( Most online casinos do cash out max at 200. )

First, I needed to verify my email, which they never sent. Then it took forever to chat to customer service. Mike said they couldn't do a cash out. Such bull. Now, I'm up over 1000.

Lol...guess, I'll play and call it quits.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked general bonus terms and conditions, and this is what I found https://www.funclubcasino.com/rules/?set_lang=en_GB:

"The Casino will occasionally offer Promotional Coupons as Free Chips. The maximum withdrawal amount for any free chip given is 1x the value of the free chip. For example if you are given a $ 100 free chip and request a withdrawal amount of $500, you will only be approved for $100."

It means if you have redeemed $300 free chip then maximum cash out from this promotion will be set at $300. Have you tried to withdraw $300? Have you been advised to place a minimum deposit to verify your payment method?
