Guru I, got free spin from teligram raffle and wagered the given times stated,

After all that I managed to take my balance to 70usd or 7000 inr .I tried withdrawal but for several of my attempt could not.

After 1day they told me In order to withdraw I will have to make deposit of same amount as it is in my account.

Guru is this the thing or not , Guru please help me.
