The player from Germany has tried to redeem advertised bonus without being successful. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I received an offer from the above casino via email. In it I was promised a welcome bonus of 100% and 100 FS.
Then I read that I have to deposit €20 to get both.
I deposited €20 and initially got 20 FS. So I played my account balance to over 60 €. Then I was surprised that I still didn't get the 20€ bonus (100%) and wrote to the live chat. At first I was told that I had already received the bonus. But not true. After that I was written to play my stake first, no FS, and then write again because of the bonus.
I did this. And today I get the answer that I still have FS and the bonus has already been credited.
That's definitely not true. So in my opinion it's just "conventionalism"
You should keep an eye on this casino!!!!!

Have you tried to communicate this issue with the casino by sending an email to support@fezbet.com? Did you receive any explanation why your bonus hasn’t been activated? Please forward any relevant communication to petronela.k@casino.guru.
Meanwhile, please understand, that we can’t penalize the casino for not giving you a bonus automatically.
