  1. Yes, I have successfully withdrawn winnings from the casino in the past. Specifically, I withdrew 40K out of the 150K that I won.
  2. I did not accumulate my winnings with the help of a bonus; I did not use any bonus during my gameplay.
  3. I have been in constant contact with casino support over the last three weeks. Despite my efforts, the responses I received were consistent, and the issue remains unresolved.

10.15 If you win SEK 500,000 or more and decide to withdraw a large part of the winnings (over 50%), we have the right to divide the payment into ten interest payments, paid at 10 percent every month for 10 months until the entire amount is paid. You do not receive any interest on outstanding amounts.

Have you been informed about a specific timeline regarding your withdrawal installments?

Do I understand correctly the casino already paid you part of your winnings and when was the last payment made?
