However, after the player lodged a complaint with us, he had received his withdrawal, which brought the total waiting time to slightly above 10 days. Following the successful resolution, we had marked the complaint as 'resolved' in our system.

Just as i've been very happy to play in the casino and felt like i can trust them this has happend...


My withdrawal ID 339304 is processing now for more than 10 days.


I've been contacting support multiple times meanwhile and every single time i was getting the same exact paste:

We understand how frustrating this can be, and we want to assure you that we have no intentions of delaying your withdrawal. Our relevant team is already informed about your concern and is working hard to complete your withdrawal as fast as they can. We hope for your understanding, as this delay is very unusual, but it can happen.


Feels very disrespectful, are they trying me to cancel the withdrawal (which is possible in the withdrawal history page) and keep on playing to lose more?

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. 

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint. 

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.
