I've played on Fair go casino for a little over a year now and I've had some really good experiences with them but just recently well this morning actually I've had the worst experience I've ever had at the casino or any casino for that matter. Days ago I claimed a bonus and made it through the playthrough of over $2,000 which was not easy. As always I made sure to follow all betting rules of keeping them below $10 Max play the right games because I have made sure I know the terms and conditions of the bonuses I play. Now I'm not your everyday player I do actually read the terms and conditions but they hit me with a new one this time so that I'm pretty sure they just made it off the top of their head. So I put in my request for payout in i ended up with a little over 350 and didn't expect any problems. The next thing I know I'm getting a denial because after I put in my request for payout I played the next no deposit bonus .I didn't even think twice about i any problem with it but apparently there is a rule that I missed about not claiming a bonus while there's a pending payout equest. Seems like just another swindlers way of not having to pay. I talked to a live chat and email nobody was willing to bend on this matter. Now I've had experiences in the past where I had made a mistake on other Casino sites and they explained my mistake where it was that in the terms and conditions made a slight adjustment to whatever thing I was cashing out with made a one-time exception for me a learning curve and paid me out what I agreed to be a fair amount. People make mistakes but I've actually read the terms and conditions on their site and never saw this so it's got to be deep in there somewhere hidden just like a crook would do double talk to you. I've never been so disappointed in a site in my life. I won fair and square and I deserve to get paid. I don't get to just decide randomly to makeup some arbitrary rule that you have to give me my money back if I don't like the way your gameplay so why should you be able to do that to me. Just feel like I've been taken by a no good group of crooks!

Could you specify which bonus you have claimed? Could you please forward me the email from the casino regarding this issue?

I carefully checked the bonus terms from their website and, as you stated in your complaint, you had pending withdrawals and claimed the no deposit bonus, which could lead to a breach of their terms:

 

7. Players with one or more pending withdrawals currently in their account are not eligible to claim any bonuses, promotional or otherwise, until such withdrawals are either processed or cancelled. Abuse of this policy, as defined by the casino, may result in cancellation of the player's winnings.

 

Please acknowledge that breaching the terms led to confiscating the bonus winnings and it is an irreversible process. 

 

Please get back to me with the responses to the questions above.

I've gone back and forth with for a week. They won't bend. Yes I unitentiomally broke a rule any other site wouldve worked with the customer and given a one time exception this site however will and will no longer have business.

We would like to ask the Fair Go Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

Your case was reviewed again but I'm afraid there's nothing we can do, as after requested a payout you redeemed two free bonuses. 

 

Our casino terms clearly state:

Dear Lora,

As the casino stated clearly above that, Players with one or more pending withdrawals currently in their account are not eligible to claim any bonuses. And you agreed with their T&Cs during the registration process. Based on our Fair gambling codex as you can see at this link: https://casino.guru/fair-gambling-codex   That casino has the right to void your winnings and return your deposit. Could you please confirm for us, if you can still access your account and see your balance?

Thanks for confirming. I admit it is a quite strict term from the casino. Anyhow, I am very sorry for not being able to help you further. The only thing I can do for you now is to recommend you to be careful in the future and read the T&Cs before you agree with them. And I hope you won't come across similar problems again.

Won't be an issue again. I'll just play on casino extreme or brango where my payments are instant and any issues are always taken care of fairly. Thank you for your help.
