After having a win at "fair go casino" to the sum of $70,000, I decided to collect

my winnings. I had my account and card verified, there was $0.00 bonus and $0.00 play through, the collectable amount was $70,000.23. I was paid $2550 into my account, only to have the remaining $67,481.23 forfeited.

i was verified before I collected, the casino paid out $2500 but forfeited the rest. There was no play through or bonus

Hi there,


This player redeemed $357.50 worth of cashback on the 18th of April 2020, which then played up to to $70,000.23.

However, the player broke the max bet rule 180 times on Cash Bandits 2.


The rule can be seen just under our "Promotional Terms and Conditions" on our T&C’s page.


In the interests of fair gaming, there are limits on the maximum bet sizes you can place during the playthrough of any bonus including cashback offers. $10 is the maximum bet unless specifically stated otherwise. Betting above $10 during a bonus playthrough will result in any promotion winnings voided.


As stated above, the player used the cashback promotion and these promotions are always attached with the max bet rule, along with other rules seen out our T&C’s page.


I'm afraid there is nothing we can do.
