The player from Australia had reported a delay in his withdrawal request at Evolve Casino which had been pending for over a month. Despite having a verified account and a history of error-free transactions, he had received only generic responses from the casino. After a series of communications, the player had decided to cancel the withdrawal and converted it to Bitcoin, which was paid out the following day. Following this, the player had closed his account. We had marked this complaint as 'resolved'.

I havent really had issues with this casino before. It was a wager free bonus and i followed all the rules. They have always processed my withdrawal in a couple of days but its still pending and I keep getting generic responses

Hi Nick this is only just over a week. My account was verified well over a year ago and up until this withdrawals were only pending maximum of 48hrs. All recent emails/ chats have been about the delay. To be honest I'm not sure whether it was a wager free or there normal 100% bonus. However I completed what was required

We always recommend to wait for any withdrawal at least 14 days even if there was processed faster in the past. Specially if you used a bonus, the casino might to check of the game play, or even the payment provider may prolong the process.

Please let me know if it would take longer than 2 weeks and we can try to intervene.

Apologies I cancelled the withdrawal and changed it to btc and amazingly paid next day. After all that I closed the account
