I signed up, verified my account with proper requested ID, I made a deposit, selected a promotion, followed and met the playthru requirements, then requested my $1000 payout. Casino communicated with me for a short period, then could not get them to reply, nor would they communicate with me on "live chat". Have played online casinos for several years, and never had my winnings not paid.
