THIS CASINO IS A SCAM AND OWES ME $1,000


I have made several deposits with this website with only 1 $500 withdrawal in over a year playing.. On August 16th 2024 I won $1,000 while playing. I submitted a payout request on that day. It is now almost 2 months later and I still have not received my payout. 


The payout is still in "requested" status. Every time I reach out to chat I either get ignored or I get told "technical issues you'll get it soon," "I have to talk to my manager," "the finance team is processing it" or "you'll get it soon." Nothing has changed in 2 months and they still continue to advertise "instant withdrawals on bitcoin."


I have sent over 40 emails to their support and customer support emails. On Oct 2nd, I finally received a response from their support email saying they are processing the payout and I should receive it in 24-48 hours. Of course, after 48 hours I never received it. When I followed up via chat I talked to "christopher" who said they "have a lot of withdrawals to process and I'll receive it soon." I followed up via email on the 5th, 6th, and 7th (today) and the only response I received was from Grace (customer support) saying they're working on it but didn't give me any kind of timeline. 


I have screenshots of the withdrawal still pending and all of the times that I was promised when I'd receive it. 


This website is the biggest scam. Stay away.

However, I’d like to emphasize that we received many complaints about delayed withdrawals from this specific gambling establishment. Regardless of many submitted cases, the casino decided to have a No Reaction Policy approach to all our attempts to negotiate any kind of issues. 

I can only imagine how frustrating it must be waiting for your money and not having any feedback about when you’ll receive it and I also genuinely hope that your winnings will be sent to you eventually.

  • Could you please confirm whether this is your first cash out from the casino?
  • Have you achieved your winnings with the help of a bonus?

Hi Tomas, thank you for the response. No, this is the 2nd cash out - so yes, my identity and everything has been verified.


The withdrawal was for $500 roughly 8 months ago. That one took about a week for them to send to me. I didn’t use it for awhile and then decided to try it out again, thinking maybe they had figured it out. However, clearly I was mistaken considering how long they’re taking to send me this payout. I actually stopped depositing with bonuses due to the high play through requirements, so there weren’t any bonuses or play through tied to my deposits & withdrawal. It was a bitcoin deposit so there is also no credit card issues either. It’s just simply that they are ripping me off for no reason.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from EuroBets Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
