I redeemed their free spin bonus & was up to$324 when all the sudden my funds just disappeared. Figured It was a glitch so I logged out and logged back in. Went to my transactions for today june nineteenth and it showed everything I had won since redeeming the bonus. I was able to get one screenshot before the rest disappeared. It now shows I never redeemed any bonus today but there reps stated I had indeed played today but there is now no record of it. I don't really care they screwed me on my vash out funds because it was a free bonus anyway. I do care about others who have made deposits and are being screwed outta there funds. This casinos a scam.
