Hello Petronela, Casino Guru team and Eightstorm casino.


Everything in this complaint was just a misunderstanding from both parties - and I reacted instantly and even before giving casino chance to examine problem deeply and respond to me, and they responded everything clearly and I am more than satisfied with the outcome.


I have been playing here for a long time, and this was the only misunderstanding I had with them, and all I can say they are the among the best on the market:

  • They have great bonuses and promotions
  • They have great games selections
  • Their KYC is really really fast
  • Their withdrawals are processed fast
  • Their support is not providing generic response, but actually are real humans that are doing their best to help players in every case


Apologies for wasting your time, I should've be more patient.

Big thumbs up for Eightstorm casino, and I see why they are ranked highly on your site - they should even get better score in my honest opinion.
