The player's deposit did not arrive into his casino account for over a week. The conplaint was resolved as the player's deposit was credited.

I had never had a problem with this particular casino but a week ago I had deposited the amount of 20 euros that was not credited to the casino but from my bank account it has gone and did not come back I have bothered them about this issue, I sent them a receipt from my account but I have not received an answer yet.
