The player from Finland complains about an uncertain issue. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
They have a challenge and the terms and conditions do not say the time when it has to be made ONLY SAYS A BEFORE DATE, if they want the deposit to be made on a certain date then it should says:
The deposit has to be made on the 4th of December
between 00:00 UTC and 23:59 UTC.
They are falsely advertising information to there customers.
I wagered $2000 knowing that I would get $1000 back but then they said that I didn’t deposit to my account, even though in the terms and conditions and doesn’t have a certain time or date that the has to be made only a BEFORE date!
