No communication and has not finished the "verification process" or asked for additional information. Won’t release my winnings. Still show as pending. All documents requested were sent and clear.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I have been approved and a new issue has come up-they are all saying something different. One claims my withdrawal is paid, another claims funds have been sent, yet another claims it’s with a processor and is delayed. they are being very shady!!

No. They are claiming it is in processing after prior claim that it’s been paid. I withdrew money about 2 weeks ago and it was fine. With this one/ they’ve given me the run around. It seems with wire transfers they don’t know what they are doing. I’ve asked them to reverse it so I can do bitcoin to avoid this problem. 3 different reps, 3 different responses. And a promise to communicate by email with tracking for wire - which didn’t happen and now they claim it’s not been paid after stating that it has… fishy. If they refuse to reverse it, and it still goes unpaid, then they do not intend to pay it and are attempting to steal it. I’ve deposited quite a bit with this casino. There was no bonus involved either.

Hi, yes- I’ve had 2 successful withdrawals before. I played with no bonus. The difference is- this was a wire transfer request. The bitcoins were no issue.
