I submitted for a withdrawal request may 11th. My account has been verified 2 weeks later and the casino gives me different excuses as to why it is taking long but keeps telling me to wait I do not know what to do.

Hello Kristina. I have forwarded the email and screenshots confirming my winnings and agent stating "I will get paid just don’t know when". Also yes this is the first withdrawal with this casino and yes I did use a bonus. All the wagering requirements were met.
