My Account got Closed by Dafabet casino on 1st December manually without my request or consent all of a sudden and I had a balance of more then 250,000 inr in my Account.


I never requested or email dafabet to close my account But blindly they have closed my account and mailed me saying such things.

I have account balance of more then 250,500 Inr.

Dafabet have closed my account without my request and then they email me saying " After carefully reviewing the situation, we have decided to keep your account closed. This decision is made with your well-being in mind, and we believe it is in your best interest. 


I am a Silver VIP customer and this is how they are treating me. The dafabet live chat representatives also dont connect and i am now helpless regarding my account closure concern.

Please help me in re-opening my account & my account balance.

First of all, I am a Male Person,Kindly update the Case Summary as "He"


• Yes My account was fully KYC verified on June 2024.


• the casino automatically blocked my account all of a sudden and When i asked them the reason - They say "we've made the decision to keep your account closed due to concerns related to self-harm. Your well-being is our top priority, and this decision has been made with your safety in mind"


I have never requested them to close my account and without my consent,they all of a sudden closed my account.



Yes,I did request them to process my withdrawal of 250,500 inr which i last saw when i using the website before they closed down my account.

But they have not yet processed the withdrawal for me yet as they say they are still checking and validating the withdrawal request.

I am receiving the same response from them everyday i mail them and ask about the withdrawal update.

Can you please advise when exactly did your request for the withdrawal?

As long as the casino processes the withdrawal, the account block is reasonable as they can close any account without any reason given as long as there is no remaining balance on it.
