After an exchange of messages, the player confirmed that the withdrawal had been successful and that she had received her winnings. Consequently, we had marked the complaint as resolved.

Hello!

I placed an withdrawal with crypto loko casino on May 05th & 6th 2024. I used bitcoin for both withdrawal methods and it states that I must wait 5 business days for a update. But no update. I contacted support and I receive the same answer as always, withdrawal still pending & we will let u know once its updated.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Hello!

All my information has been verified. So thats not an issue. I used bitcoin to receive my withdrawal and it states I should receive a response within 5 days. Its past the 5 days & still no update. If the casino is having payment issues or dealing with a high volume of payouts, they should say so. But the three representatives i spoke with in chat and even my VIP host did not mention any of this. They all stated there is no update & they couldn't provide any information of when i should receive one. Which i find highly unprofessional. I'm a loyal player of crypto loko and their sister casinos. I feel its not right for any player to have to wait longer than what their terms state for a payout. Especially if the individual has already been verified and there are no other issues with their account.
