The player from Arizona had made several deposits and subsequent withdrawal requests at Crypto Loko Casino, but they had all been canceled or rejected. After the player's complaint, we had communicated with the casino on his behalf. The casino had claimed the funds were initially denied due to a "mixing funds" issue, which was their mistake. They corrected it by re-depositing the requested amount, minus a $48 cash credit already issued, into the player's account. The player had confirmed receiving the funds and expressed his satisfaction with the resolution. The issue was then considered resolved.

Starting Oct 26th I made (3) clean deposits (no coupon, no bonus) in the amounts of $52.90, $46.00, $48.00.

I then requested payout for $152.76-rejected. Then $102.76-they canceled. Then $191.06-they cancelled again. I sent 2 email. No response. However,they then approved my $235.50 deposit on Oct 29th. And rightfully so.

Now here it is Nov 7th and I still have received no response to the dozens of emails I've sent and no BTC deposit. What's the deal with these folks? At this point they have simply scammed me out of my money. Please help

  • Do I understand correctly you requested a withdrawal of $235.50 from the casino and this time it wasn't subsequently canceled?
  • Did the casino have any prerequisites for the withdrawal requests you had to complete recently?
  • When was the last time you were in contact with casino support and what was the casino's response?

Thank you for responding.

  1. The 4th and last attempt at withdrawal for the $235 was approved per management shortly after this very same amount($235) 4th withdrawal request--Was declined when I initiated it. So it currently reflects "manager withdrawal request approved. I was assuming that meant they manually approved my request.
  2. Did the casino have any prerequisites for the withdrawal requests you had to complete recently?

No, i made (3) clean deposits in succession, no coupon codes, no promo attachment or anything. In fact, when I attempted to use the emailed coupon codes in the past, they were ALL denied. Which is why I was leery in making that first deposit and playing @ CL to begin with.

I made the 1st of the (3) CLEAN deposits on OCT 26th (see below)

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Its one thing to lose your money fair and square at a casino. But to win fair and square on essentially an even money cash out and then not be paid is the worst.

Greetings all,


We reviewed the situation and it appears the funds were denied for withdrawal due to what is known as "mixing funds" and removed from the system then the initial deposit ($48) was given back as cash then you played it back into the casino quikpiksdelivery.


On further review it appears that the "mixing funds" issue was on the part of the casino rather than the player, we have had the requested amount re-deposited (minus the $48 cash credit already issued and played) for a total of $191 now sitting as cash in your player account quikpiksdelivery.


These funds are cash as stated, they can be requested for withdrawal or played as cash within the casino. We apologize for the inconvenience and confusion.
