I signed up for cryptoloko, they offered me free 22$. When I played I won, first time the playthrough disappeared from my page. They asked me to keep messaging them to check playthrough. At first their agents said it was not met, but then admitted that it was met. I made a withdrawal request they asked me to make a deposit which I also did, but then they rejected it. So I asked them about it, and they kept asking for documents which I provided, then their agents said we need u to write us an email with the translation of ur id because we can't translate which I did. After 24 hours, I contacted their agents, she said u have been approved and I can make a withdrawal. I did request a withdrawal and all of the sudden they blocked me. I attached some documents and I still have more. Cryptoloko is the baddest casino I've tried, stay away from it.

The verification process started once I made my first withdrawal request. The documents were approved ( driver license and selfie holding the document) but then they started asking for more documents in several chats till they asked me to translate it. I didn't receive any email or reply from them since I started. The last time I spoke to them was when they said my documents are approved and I can make withdrawal as u can see in the screenshot attached. Right now their servers are down, tried to send them an email but it didnt went through. Am not sure if u will be able to reach them and what is the problem with their servers

They said I wasn't blocked. It was server error. Will wait and see if the withdrawal request will be approved or not. Will keep u updated. Thx for the support.
