The player from the US is not able to withdraw her winnings. All withdrawal requests have been declined. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.

Their withdrawals are not instant as advertised. I did the online verification, deposited the $10 and followed all withdrawal requirements. My withdrawal keeps getting canceled or put back in my account without explanation. They asked me to email ID docs that were already approved. I emailed id docs and still no payout. I'm not sure if I will ever get paid out. I advise to steer clear of this casino.

1. This would be my first withdrawal request.


2. I'm not given any other withdrawal method except bitcoin.


3. The winnings were from a free chip with a playthrough requirement. That requirement was met.
