Despite our attempts to communicate with the player to gather more information and evidence, she did not respond. Therefore, we were unable to investigate further into her claim about the missing winnings. As a result, the complaint was rejected due to lack of cooperation from the player's side.

My player balance of over $1500 was wiped out during $10 spin! I still had a $160 left of a bonus play through to withdraw my real funds and all but $2 was erased from my players account just now!

My player account had winnings of over $1500 playing this game.. then right after my message indicated I had to only complete $161 play through to cash out the rest of my winnings- after reading the message I checked my players account to see how it worked as I had never redeemed winnings and my players account showed the $1500+ of funds so I went back to continue to do the $166 play through it stated I needed to do to reedeem and when I went back into the same game it showed I had but only $2 (see screen shot of time and date) and all of my funds I won and accumulated on my players account funds were erased!

Have you discussed your problem with the casino customer support? Have you received any explanation as to why your balance was wiped out?

Could you please ask the casino to send you the gaming history in Excel format showing your bonus play, so that we can check the wins/losses and bets placed? When you receive it, kindly forward it to me. My email address is veronika.l@casino.guru. Thank you.
