I made my withdral for $460 on 6/26/21 and a week later checked to see when it would be approved and as of today it is still pending. I spoke to live chat several times and each time said they would esculate it. I met my bonus, so the initial amount i should be getting is 250

From your previous complaints we know that your account has been successfully verified in the past, could you please confirm it? Is the delay an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only? Do I understand it correctly that payment is still pending inside your account without being processed?

Do I understand correctly that all your winnings have been accumulated from a No Deposit Bonus?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but a month is really a long time.

Just checked my account and my pending withdrawal was finally approved for $250 today....it should take about a week to be sent to their payment provider
