The player from Tennessee had been waiting nearly a month for a withdrawal to be processed at Casino. The casino had informed the player that they couldn't send a check due to it being an international transaction, which the player insisted wasn't true. The player had used a free chip to play and had to go through a playthrough of $4000 to receive real money. The casino had initially suggested a resolution through Bitcoin, however, the player had contested withdrawals within the account. After considerable back and forth, the casino had finally escalated the withdrawal for payment via Bitcoin. The player had confirmed receipt of the funds, effectively resolving the complaint.

I requested a withdrawal on 11/10/23 . It’s now 12/05/23 and I found out yesterday via online chat, they can’t send a check to my bank because it’s international. Which is a lie! This wasn’t the first withdrawal requested and it took weeks to receive. This company should be shut down immediately, because it’s committing every crime under the sun to avoid payouts.

I was given a free chip. This is casino has paid a withdrawal to me before via international check. This withdrawal took about 21 days. Then I’m told the bank doesn’t accept those type of transactions and they have before. I had to do a play through of $4000 before I could receive real money which was $1100. Then they took away $280 for the chip bonus. But my withdrawal is only $322. I have spent thousands in this casino and have been scammed too much! The account was verified over 2 yrs ago. I send them emails messages every other day with no reply!

I submitted it on the 13th of December. The site said it can take 1-5days. But the catch is your bitcoin wallet transaction will not last very long. So each time you make the initial request they will once again delay your withdrawal!!!!

I attempted to push the withdrawal through and was informed there are a number of contested withdrawals within the account which were returned to the card/s of origin by request of the player or player's bank. It is necessary to contact the customer service department and address this before we can move forward on payout.

Another attempt to keep the money because I refuse to continue to allow them to commit fraud on my debit and credit cards. This happened over a year ago and they are yet continuing to scam its customers it’s terrible!!!

I was basically saying that they wanted all this documentation to keep buying time. Especially, when it was provided over and over. Then it’s been 2 months and still no withdrawal this makes no sense. You can’t even speak customer service it’s a luck of the draw type situation. But, the information I receive isn’t correct.
