I put in the request and had to get it accelerated to get it approved and then after it been approved it’s been accelerated again more then once and they just keep stringing me along, I do have screenshots of the conversations and I’m currently dealing with situation with this group of casinos in three different withdrawals. I have two that are currently approved and they are not paying at all at this point.

Yes I have made successful withdrawal and the winnings were off a free spin bonus but I make deposits often. Not sure what kyc is but I got into contact with the casino again yeasterday and the day before. On Sunday the agent reassured me it would be deposited by midnight. It’s been several days passed the 10 business days. Yeasterday when I spoke to them I re confirmed all my info again including bitcoin address, still nothing

This is an update they did another escalation after they did 48 hours ago for the third time they said that this is the first one because it the approval time has passed reality I’ve done many and I have proof of all of it. This is ridiculous. I just keep on getting the same thing every 48 hours, this Casino needs to be they are lying crooks

They did finally deposit the money into my account. Thankyou

to anyone thinking of playing at this particular group, I wouldn’t spend my money there, they stick right to their terms and conditions only if it benefits them. They do not treat customers with respect and you have to harass them to do their job. I don’t have time for this type of behavior especially when it comes to being stolen from. If you do expect about a month and a half to maybe get paid and hours wasted sitting in their chat , some don’t even have chat.
