I made my first deposit on cosmic play casino hoping to win money.And played my games and lost my money after I played 50.00of my games I checked my bank account and I was charged an additional 50.00🐕🌊 I am so disappointed at this casino. They told me sorry no refunds over the phone even though I’m a new player.. I feel so sorry for all the other people that got scammed on this casino website.

you can read other reviews saying they got scanned🧑🏻‍🌾

Yes I saw It on my bank account and contacted customer service with comic play casino and they said there’s nothing they can do about it.All they did was offer me $50 of free spins but couldn’t put it back in my bank account.

by the way, I never did the second deposit it was only a one time deposit $50.😭

I contacted the bank and they told me private information not to share with nobody.thanks for your concern Kristina.And the only proof that I have is the very first picture I sent you.thanks for your help but bye😭I feel sad how there could be people like them comicplay casino people..and still getting away with it right now🤷

Well, although I understand, I am afraid that without strong enough evidence that both transactions were made to this specific casino, we are not able to proceed with this case further. We would really like to help, but it is impossible for us under these circumstances. I hope you will be able to resolve it with your bank.
