Like everybody else’s experience here mine is the same. Won $1505 on 9/1 and have not been able to request a cashout due to an error message of "canceled by external validation" casino reps lie lie lie all day every day. The casino manager David Jackson also lies all day everyday saying he will pay you in 2 hours but never does. The customer service reps Austin, Daniel and Olive will lie to you all day saying it will be fixed in 6 hours but never is. Nothing but dishonesty and crooks at this casino. I did not use a bonus, have been completely verified for months and have received winnings from this casino before but only because David Jackson processed it for me.

I am ashamed to admit that in the past I wrote good reviews for this casino after being compensated $100 free chips by casino manager David Jackson. Trust me if you see a positive review of this casino it has been paid for because there is absolutely nothing good about this casino.

i am going to contact a Lawyer in Cyprus on Monday cause at this point I don’t know what else to do. Can you offer me any assistance with this please?

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Hello my payment has still not been received. I was able to finally submit the request for the withdrawal and it has been in requested status since 9/11/2024. Casino chat agents refuse to answer the chat or acknowledge me. I have sent multiple emails to support with no response. Casino Manager David Jackson also refuses to respond or acknowledge my messages. Thank you for any help you can provide.

If you did request the payment on the 11th, I would recommend waiting an additional three days for it to be credited. Please do let us know if there are any updates in the meantime.


Please keep in mind that the 14 days period for the withdrawal starts when you request it not all the waiting time summed together.

I still haven’t received the funds FYI and no one will answer my emails, they won’t answer the chat or connect me to the casino manager. I have gotten nothing resolved and it has screwed me 6 ways to Sunday because of the lack of funds. My rent was due on 9/1 and remains unpaid because when I won the money I spent other funds that I wouldn’t have, had I known I wasn’t receiving the money the same or next day. Please help before I get evicted!

Good morning Peter. This is now an emergency for me. I am being evicted in 6 hours if I don’t pay my rent. If I had my payout it wouldn’t be a problem. If I don’t get this money today I will be living in my car and I am 63 years old.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to. 

I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email. 

I can only recommend you choose casinos by their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid situations like this. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.
