Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m very sorry to hear about your negative experience. I tried to access the website using a Greek VPN, but I haven’t been blocked. I have also checked the T&Cs and I didn’t find Greece in restricted countries:

"Citizens residing or have a citizenship from Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, Saba, Statia, St. Maarten, UAE, Brunei, Cambodia, North Korea, Japan and Qatar are forbidden to use or access Cobraspins."

When exactly did you open an account and for how long did you manage to play before this happened?
