The player from the US played with a bonus, however her winnings disappeared. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
In the middle of playing a nd bonus my balance went from $471$ to $50. I later checked my transactions and saw a requested a reversal withdrew request, which I didn't make in the amount of $321 71
I've been trying to call customer support but they all for a six digit code which I can't find anywhere to access a representative. I've sent two emails with no response. And the live chat doesn't click on a screen to talk to anyone.
How do I get ahold of someone who can fix this??

I can't tell what the deposit code was. My transactions say bubble spins redeemed. The it says deposit fs requested and it says $12.50 next to it. Then it shows the reverse withdraw for 321.71$
