I used a bonus code and after completing the play through requirements, I should have walked away with $200. Once I submitted my withdrawal request I waited a couple of days before I sent them an email. All they asked for was a small deposit, verification of Id, and a phone call to verify my account. After all is said and done and many back and forth emails, they have told me that my drivers license won’t work and that I need a passport. The problem is I don’t have a passport. It seems like they aren’t even trying to help me.

I believe it’s been over a week since I first submitted a request for withdrawal.I have everything approved but my driver’s license. I have sent them pictures front and back probably 3 times now. Waiting 2 days each time I’ve sent the pictures. Based off what they are saying they can’t get my account approved because the pictures were screenshots. Overall it’s been a real big hassle working with them. I shouldn’t have to wait 2 days for their cashier team. I think this complaint will get solved, it’s just at this point ive waited so long and would like to let others know what they might run into playing at this casino. Thanks, Logan.
