The player from India has requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. The payment hasn’t been processed yet.
It's been more then 8 days now, I requested to withdraw my amount in crypto which mostly takes minutes or hours, but here its showing processing from day 1 they have no answer why it's taking so long, crypto payments are mostly settled in a day, I regularly had conversation with them but they are just delaying, in starting they said to wait for 3 days, when 3 days gone they asked my addres of deposit and said wait another 72 hours, I waited but nothing happened and now they are telling me, I will get an email when ever payment will be processed but when ever I ask that when them in what time period I could expect this problem to get resolved they said we can't tell you .when it will you will get an email, these guys have no intension of paying my money. Please help me out.
