Hello, I opened the account on July 8th, 2022 and sent a copy of the debit card and ID card by email.
However, an email came back that no documents were currently required.
If they do, they are at least available. I deposited via Sofortüberweisung and selected bank transfer as the payout method - so the accounts are identical.
And I didn't claim any bonus. All winnings were obtained using freely available funds. The first requested transfer simply no longer appears in the transaction history, the other two are noted there as pending. One of them from 12.07- and still pending and cancellable. The automatically generated answers are always the same via email and live chat.
Thanks for the platform, I received the first part of my money yesterday.
