My account is full veryficate and they dont want pay out mine withdrawal , is not big becouse only 45€ ! 

For a reason i Heard that first i must veryficate my CLOSED accounts on sisters sides like wildz or wheelz . 

I send emails about it but from 4 days mine withdrawal is just pending and nobody want to help me

Dear Sylwia,

Unfortunately, we haven't receive any respond from the casino yet. Even if they replied, we get nowhere with the case and nothing was explained. We will be now forced to close the complaint as unresolved, which may negatively affect the casino's rating. The casino can however reopen the case anytime they wish to provide us some information regarding the case. I'm really sorry that we could not help you more but as the communication with the casino is not moving forward, there isn't much we can do.
