The player from Netherlands is experiencing difficulties withdrawing his winnings due to ongoing verification. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
The KYC process is asked repeatedly, and the documents are rejected without any explanation or email regarding this. Also the withdrawal requests are cancelled by the casino every time, I never received any money on my bank account. And ski they don’t give any reason or explanation why the withdrawals are rejected constantly.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.
