I registered an account at this casino today. After making a deposit i decided to place a bet (and won). At the moment i wanted to cashout problems occured and i decided to contact support. Without any notification they told me there was an active bonus at my account which would be vissible after verification. I made a screenshot of what i looked like before verification, because i always check for bonusses before i start playing (i dont want a bonus). This is pure fraud. Can you please help me?filefile

Could you please advise if you have tried to communicate with the casino the option of opting out from any promotional offers prior to start playing?
