The player deposited money via their bitcoin wallet, but the funds never reached their account. The casino is working on resolving this issue. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

Deposited via the bitcoin wallet address they provided me with but funds never reached my account. 

I sent a screen shot of the transaction to their support but it's been  five days now and still no funds or resolution, all they will say is they are waiting to hear back from the 'provider'

If there is a problem with the payment provider, we will have to wait for it to be resolved. I recommend you to wait for a week and inform us about the progress.

Unfortunately, we’re rejecting this case because the player hasn’t responded to our messages and questions. Therefore, we’re not able to proceed with further investigation or suggest possible solutions.

The player can reopen this complaint anytime.
