Hello Tomas,


Please be advised that CasinoGuru representatives were notified by our casino about technical issues on the payment provider side that led to the multiple complaints from our customers (especially Greek ones). The bug was under the fix for several weeks. Since it was not on our side, we could not affect a lot but wait and offer alternative methods for payouts.


Please kindly note that not all the banks support Sepa payouts as exactly happened to this and other Greek players, the rejection was from the bank side.


However, this customer was able to successfully withdraw his deposits and winnings using another alternative method suggested to him. Please check the screenshot attached.
