The player from India has been blocked after requesting a withdrawal. The player later confirmed that the casino reopened his account, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.

I was able to win big amount, Casino only allows 49,999 INR daily withdrawal, I tried to withdrawal using astropay. They messaged my on my cellphone via message that withdrawal could not be processed try again to withdrawal. I contacted live chat, they said that there is some technical issue which relevant department is looking into and they will update me, I have made big win of 66,00,000+ INR, al of sudden casino blocked me without any reason. I am attaching screenshot, I can't attach amount screenshot as I am not able to login to my casino account they have blocked me. Kindly help me with my issue and withdrawal.

Have you made any successful withdrawals before? Could you please advise if you have passed verification before the casino blocked your account? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

To reply to your questions here are my responses

  1. Yes I have made successful deposit and withdrawal in past using astropay, this is not first time I was playing here am old player here
  2. I never play with bonus money, I know the catch casinos uses hence I never opt for any bonus money, so no active bonus money was involved
  3. I tried to reach live chat multiple times, they are not responding to my questions, so no there is no further clarification from casino end
  4. I am also player at betmaster, there verification process was done, to my best knowledge there was I am verified here too, but I can say for sure that casino didn't asked any document or communicated me anything of that sort and blocked my account


Hope I have answered all queries. this kind of casino should not be highly rated at casino guru. It's worst experience.

Some more thing I want to add, I have taken screenshot of live chat not responding, I have also emailed to complaints.in@casinoin.io but there is no response from them too.


Also casino blocked my account but forgot to remove my big winnings from recent BIG WINNERs scroll they show on bottom, I have taken screenshot that they showed my big wins, not all but couple of big blackjack wins I was able to capture. If needed I will share them too, number are masked but can see that my cell phone number that I use to login matches that masked number pattern.
