Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Do I understand correctly that your winnings have been cancelled completely? Could you please advise how many days ago you’ve requested a withdrawal? Was your account successfully verified in the past? Haven’t you been advised to deposit funds into your account to verify your payment method?

I have checked the general bonus terms and conditions, and this is what I found https://www.casinosieger.com/en/bonus_terms:

• In the event that you have received a free bonus (a no deposit bonus), the payout is limited to 10x the bonus amount. To verify your account and claim your winnings, a deposit must be made in the last 60 days or within 30 days after the claimed winnings. All currently offered deposit methods, except PaySafe, can be used to verify your account. All remaining free bonus winnings (requested to be withdrawn and/or remain in balance) exceeding maximum amount granted for payout will be waived.

The payout for Free Spins is limited to a maximum of €25 per Free Spins campaign when issued as a No Deposit Bonus. When the Free Spins are given as a deposit incentive, the maximum is limited to €50 per Free Spins campaign."
