The player from New Zealand accumulated winnings with a loyalty bonus, but all his withdrawal requests were declined. Unfortunately, the player lost his winnings before we could help, therefore, we were forced to reject this complaint.

No Payouts Accepted (Visa/bank/crypto/Ewallet)


Lets start a massive uproar over a small withdrawal shall we.


To start:

I Deposited about $400 in 1 day and lost, it’s gambling and it happens.


So after this I managed to win $75 on a loyalty bonus ($75 is max cashout for "loyalty bonus" which is very low)… take note this is only 1/5 of my total deposit amount that day.


I tried to withdrawal to my Visa card, and they declined it and said to use another payment method.


So I tried Ecopayz (Ewallet) and withdrawal was declined with no reason.


The Minimum cashout for bank transfer is $200!!??

That is a ridiculous limit for a casino, especially when the max win with a loyalty bonus is $75, I’m sure you can see where this is going, it’s literally impossible when you have a max cap limit on winnings…


So I was left with Crypto as a last ditch effort to withdraw my money, of course I hate using crypto to deposit and withdrawal but as a last ditch effort I thought I would try.


They said I needed to make a deposit with crypto to withdraw to one of the crypto currency methods. So I attempted to deposit with Bitcoin/dogecoin/usdT/lite coin etc but all crypto methods have been blocked on my casinorocket account.


The live chat are not helpful, they keep saying they will send my issue to the relevant team, and guess what.. Nothing! They never get back to you. 


As someone who was sceptical about gambling here to begin with I must say Do not play here. I have been gambling online for 6 years, I’ve lost near $150,000 in those years, $75 is not much, but I hate places that treat depositing people like this.


My bank also informed me that any company can withdrawal to to my Visa card, and I know this is true as big sites like videoslots/party casino/betvictor/energy casino/novibet/Mrgreen etc, all pay to Visa cards.


All good websites allow people to withdraw to your bank for $10-20 minimum, and this keeps gambling safe.

But NOT this casino, with a $200 minimum bank withdrawal! So this is not an option for me to withdraw my funds that have a limit of $75.


And the only E-wallet they offer to withdrawal with is ecopays and that does not work as they canceled my withdrawal without reason.


All Crypto deposit options have clearly been blocked on my account, after they said to make a first deposit in crypto to withdraw your money to that method, those methods won’t load for me while all other deposit methods do.. which is very bad! It gets stuck on the loading screen within the Casinorocket website with a spinning circle.


I have no other options to withdraw my wagered and won "loyalty bonus" and my funds are stuck.


live chat is completely useless and puts me in circles informing me Someone will look into the issue, but I never get a response despite multiple efforts.

Have you made any successful withdrawals before? Could you please confirm that you have passed the KYC verification?

Do I understand correctly that you have not received any clear explanation from the casino regarding the rejected withdrawals or the blocked cryptocurrency deposits? Hi


I had completed all KYC verification prior to attempting any deposits and withdrawals.

this included:

ID/Bank statement/Utility Bill/Visa Card.


I had made Deposits and lost $400.

I then received a loyalty bonus, wagered it fully and got $75 (max cashout bonus).


I attempted to withdraw using:

Visa Card

Ecopayz

Crypto (coinspaid)

Bank


Visa card was declined via casino, so I tried Ecopayz and was declined again. I then tried Bank withdrawal as requested by live chat but $75 was not enough to use Bank withdrawal at this casino because they have a ridiculous $200 minimum bank withdrawal limit.

I then attempted a crypto currency withdrawal and was informed I needed to make a deposit with crypto to withdraw using that a crypto method.

I had attempted to deposit all forms of Crypto currency’s on their website.


But none of the Crypto currency options load on their website.. after I click on the Option, it just gets stuck loading. They informed me Coinspaid (crypto payment provider) was having issues… I checked with other casino sites using this provider for crypto deposits and they load just fine. I tried different browsers/incognito and clearing all cache/cookies, was no help. They clearly blocked me as it is still having the same issue on their website now, 72hrs later..


I alerted Live chat about my issues a dozen times (I would share these, but honestly includes my private info, and the latter end of complaints to live chat were quite aggressive as I was sick of their BS).

(Perhaps I can message you on here or via email and show you all of what happened, I have all emails/screenshots/transcripts).


They kept telling me to withdraw using Bank Transfer and I told them a dozen times I can’t because my balance has a max cashout of 75 and the Bank method requires at least 200 at minimum to withdraw.


So today, unaware if someone here was going to respond, I resorted to my last ditch effort to get my winnings, I decided I would have to risk the $75 and try make it to $200 and attempt to use a bank withdraw despite only having a cashout limit of $75 from this fully wagered loyalty bonus. Ofcourse it lost..

I literally ran out of option and was being pushed around in circles, with live chat acting all nice with emojis, yet being absolutely useless and not listening to my issues and informing me to use Bank withdrawal.

Listen, I would never have played with my $75 balance fore-well knowing it was at its max cashout, but I literally was not given a choice. Even if I made it to $200 I would most likely attempt to withdraw and they would tell me $75 is max cashout and deduct the remaining balance and cancel the withdraw.. but what was I to do if they only left me that 1 single option in the end.

Maybe I could have deposited another $125 via card and tried to withdraw $200, but with every other option being declined I would never be stupid enough to attempt that here.


I know what I did might sound stupid, but I was pushed around and just thought it was the last option for an attempt, no human would be stupid enough to gamble a max limit cashout in almost any occasions.. but this casino just couldn’t be anything more then disgusting.


I just hope people read this and get how bad this place is, I’ve gambled for 6 years, never found a site this bad so far, and I’ve seen a few dodgy ones for sure.

So guess what!


Now they decided to get back to me via email and inform me I can withdraw the $75 via crypto without depositing!…

they waited all this time until after I already had to risk the $75 and lose it to come to this decision!?!


Literally after all this time they came back to me on the same day I lost it within a matter of hours of the loss happening. What is this Casino…


I have informed them about this issue and I expect this to be refunded.

I have given them a long explanation as to what they have done and decision they forced me to make.


If they refund me I will let you know, but this is disgusting, I had also Informed them I made a complaint on your website, maybe they finally read this and decided to try act nice now that I lost the money that was at its Max Limit, god only knows.

Sadly, since you have played/lost your winnings, I’m afraid, there is not much we can do for you. I understand that this would have never happened if you could withdraw on the first attempt but at this point, we cannot ask the casino to refund your lost winnings. We would really like to help, but it is impossible this time.
