The player's dissatisfied with the casino rank system as it has some technical issues. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
Well I have just had to email tnier support to have them give me my gold rank back after having deposited $200 the past 24 hours and losing. I was getting comp points as a silver so 1 every $20 wagered. Instead of 1.33 every $20 wagered. Now this is the 3rd time they have done this now. The 2nd time they corrected all on tnier own without me having to contact them through email as they claim that its only way to have this issue resolved. Just emailed them and made them aware of the issue again saying I would like my comp points i should have recieved. Will update if and when its done.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? When did this issue happen in the past? Since when exactly is it ongoing this time? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
