They don't verify your account in a timely manner nor do they have helpful customer service reps. Also don't respond to emails about your account verification.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Have you been informed what specifically seems to be a problem in verifying your account? Could you please advise how many days ago you requested a withdrawal and started the account verification?

Me and my wife both played on the site my account was verified but that was after I didn't my complaint on here and by then I got tried of dealing with it and played all my winnings. My wife Quinneshia T**** (QuinnT****) did a complaint on here to she was up like 600 then 900 dollars waiting on account verification the other when I got home she told me she went ahead and played all of her winnings and told them to close her account because it was over 2 weeks she had been waiting for account verification. We both just got tried of giving them our hard-earned money and the would never verify our accounts to withdraw but had no problem letting us deposit our money. I was told using Cryptocurrency like Bitcoin that we used you didn't have to do the verification process but everything was lies over and over again
