None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.
Have you been informed what specifically seems to be a problem in verifying your account? Could you please advise how many days ago you requested a withdrawal and started the account verification?

My wife Quinneshia T**** (QuinnT****) did a complaint on here to she was up like 600 then 900 dollars waiting on account verification the other when I got home she told me she went ahead and played all of her winnings and told them to close her account because it was over 2 weeks she had been waiting for account verification. We both just got tried of giving them our hard-earned money and the would never verify our accounts to withdraw but had no problem letting us deposit our money. I was told using Cryptocurrency like Bitcoin that we used you didn't have to do the verification process but everything was lies over and over again
