I have a suspension with this casino and they won’t let me get my loyalty points or give me anymore casino credit and they used to always give me them it has been nearly 2 years since my suspension and I have repeated asked them why I’m suspended and their live chat is terrible and they always say that I just need to meet thier criteria for the suspension to be lifted and so I basically have to keep depositing to get any rewards or loyalty at all and they leave the chat and don’t even let me respond

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? When was the last time you claimed any kind of bonus? What explanation did the casino give you when they suspended you from getting any promotions?

Please understand that bonuses are a goodwill of the casino and it is entirely up to their decision whether they give you any or not and unfortunately nobody can force them to do.

I just want the casino to acknowledge me and finally tell me why they suspended me in the first place I just feel it’s rude and disrespectful on thier part and I appreciated the bonuses but I didn’t expect them I just want to be treated fairly

Do I understand it correctly that your account still works and you just can't claim any bonuses? Did you have any active bonus when the casino blocked your access to bonuses?

Guess what they just stole my money again I tried to deposit on thier site give them the benefit of the doubt and I was close to turning over my deposit bonus which is still active and I tried depositing twice and it says pending and It didn’t even give me my deposit and I can’t talk to live chat now I have screen shots of my bank account which shows the deposit went through which I then emailed them right away the proof please help me this site is crooked they should be shut down!!

Can we please resolve this issue it’s gone on almost a month and the casino won’t send me disclosure maybe I should find legal action they are falsifying evidence and misconstruing actual facts to their own benefit if they could send me the info I’ve asked for maybe I could show thier lying but the fact they aren’t giving any shows they are lying and have no way to prove they aren’t

Hello candydawn29,

Please understand that if your account is not suspended and only the bonuses are, there is nothing we or anybody else can do. Every casino bonuses are a good will of the casino and it is entirely up to them whether they allow the player to use them or not. If they blocked your bonuses, then you can't use bonuses. It is up to you whether you keep play in this casino without bonuses or move on to a different casino where you can use bonuses.
