I’ve submitted an withdrawal request on the 28 of February and promptly I’ve asked if they needed some extra information or documentation and they ensure me that everything was ok, meanwhile the " the financial team will process your request within 3 days " and they keep telling me that they have high amount of withdrawals and it will take more time not being able to tell me any information except to wait and it’s still pending.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account.
