Hello I made a withdrawl for £40 on the 28th I then got an email regarding my low wagering with my cash balance before I made my withdrawl and got an email asked to explain why I wagered low and when I done this the withdrawl will be processed I'm still waiting now and I'm over the 48 hour time limit for withdrawl I have sent 4 emails without any response and live chat are telling me to wait longer everytime I contact then I would like the resolved and get my cash sorted please hoping to get this resolved here now. Thanks

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

Hello I am still waiting on this withdrawl and it does not look like I'm getting anywhere with the casino will be 7 days as of tomorrow. Keep being told to wait longer and on the website it stated withdrawls take 24-48hours.
