The player from the United States had been waiting for his withdrawal to be processed for over 2 months before submitting the complaint. According to the last update from the player, the withdrawal was processed, however, the withdrawal amount was reduced. We rejected this complaint because the player stopped responding to our messages and questions.

Been talking to them for two months about my withdrawal still pending even though they said it’s a legitimate winning and they’re backed up in deposits but this wait time is rediculous do help, my first withdrawal didn’t even take this long!!

filenot sure what’s going on here but I better get the full 400 I won fairly, and was told several different times by customer support it was correct. Otherwise they just lost a customer to Chumba who hasn’t done me wrong yet.
